Christmas and the best of 2017 #Littleloves

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Ours has been full of family and of course, a whole lot of food. We’re staying with the inlaws for a few days before heading home. Instead of writing a post just about Christmas, I’ve put together a round up of all my favourite Little Loves of 2017.

To make things easier, I’m going back to hosting the linky in this post rather than on a separate one. I’m glad I tried it, but it was extra faff that just wasn’t really needed.

Now onto those wonderful little things of 2017, grab a cuppa (or a glass, depending on the time of day..!) and have a read.

I didn’t think I’d managed to read that many books this year, and compared to most years I haven’t really. I was surprised though when I scrolled through, it’s more than I’d originally thought.

My favourite books of the year

The highlight of my year when it come to this category has to be La La Land. It was my favourite film and then made even better when I saw it with a live orchestra. Heavenly. You can read all about my love for La La Land here – 5 Things I Loved About La La Land

As for TV programmes a few of my favourites would be…

Stranger Things, Dark, The Good Place

TV (and Sky)

Game of Thrones, Line of Duty, Cold Feet, Peaky Blinders

Outlander, Parks and Recreation, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel

This year saw us make the move into a new home, a brand new house just for us.

It was not without its stresses and what seemed like endless delays but in May we were in, and extremely happy about it!

I’ve had a fun year teaming up with brands and finding my fab photographer friend, Robyn.

Spotify has put together a playlist of my most listened to tracks, and it’s rather an eclectic mix! From Royal Blood, to Trolls, to worship music..!

The Maccabees has to be my band of the year though, and I was so happy to get to see them on their last ever tour along with fellow blogger, Kerry.

and lastly

I’m hoping that this coming week I’ll get the time to finish tweaking and making the changes I want to the new look Coffee Work Sleep.

There’s also a HUGE sale over at my store, Little and Fierce and it’s a discount on everything, no code needed!

Have a fantastic weekend.. and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you for hosting Little Loves in 2017, I shall be continuing with once a month because I found having to make something every week far too much pressure lol! Happy New Year. xx

I love all the book photos. I read shockingly little since having children. I’m sure I’ll get back to it when they are older. I hope you are enjoying a lovely Christmas.
