As a parent, small business owner and entrepreneur I know how hard it is to juggle everything that comes with wearing those multiple hats. We have to be so self motivated and passionate to drive our businesses forward and sometimes it can feel like we’re alone in it. I wanted to create space on my blog for those fellow creative small business owners, the ‘one man/woman bands’ out there living the Start Up Life.
I love to share tips and tutorials for getting the best out of social media and even where to begin as a new blogger or creative business owner in my Get Inspired series.
Start Up Stories
Each month I feature a parent led business in my Start Up Stories, each interview is packed full of inspiration and real life stories and tips for those of you already running a business as well as those that have aspirations to start one. Each of the businesses featured were started after the founder became a parent, this could be because it was inspired by parenthood, ie it’s product that fills a gap in the market, or it gave them the space or opportunity to realise a dream.
